Summary: Cash Counter is a business finance tracking tool. Free accounts have limited features. Pro accounts are paid subscriptions billed via Paystack. There are no refunds except where required by law. You own your data. We do not sell it.
By accessing or using Cash Counter (the "App") operated by VBook Enterprise ("we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers, and to all versions of the App including the web application at cashcounter.vbookng.com.
Cash Counter is a mobile-first business finance tracking application that allows users to record income and expenses, create budgets, generate financial reports, and export data. The App is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and sole traders.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time with or without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Cash Counter. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are using the App on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
You must create an account to use Cash Counter. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You must verify your email address before accessing the App. You agree to notify us immediately at v.bookenterprise@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised, are being used fraudulently, or are in violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to adjust the features included in each plan at any time. Material changes will be communicated to affected users by email.
Pro plan subscriptions are processed through Paystack, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise Paystack to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee.

Prices are displayed in your selected currency within the App. The NGN price is the base charge. Prices in other currencies are approximate equivalents and may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of payment.
All payments are subject to Paystack's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your card details.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. To cancel:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Pro access until that date. After expiry, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan and your data remains intact.
We do not charge any cancellation fees.
All subscription payments are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to v.bookenterprise@gmail.com with your payment reference and account email. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Paystack within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file with Paystack, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
We will not send a separate renewal reminder before each billing cycle. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we increase the price of your plan, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Pro plan after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree not to use Cash Counter to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into Cash Counter. We do not claim any rights over your business records.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. Cash Counter is a tracking tool — it does not provide accounting, tax, or financial advice. Do not rely on exports or reports from Cash Counter as official financial statements for tax, audit, or legal purposes without independent professional verification.
We take reasonable technical steps to secure your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is stored and protected.
You can export all your data at any time via the CSV export feature in the App.
Cash Counter, its design, interface, branding, and all underlying software are the exclusive property of VBook Enterprise. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, or trademarks.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Your use of Cash Counter is also subject to the terms of these providers. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or practices of any third-party service.
We aim to keep Cash Counter available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the service offline for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime, data unavailability, or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, VBook Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Cash Counter, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VBook Enterprise and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at v.bookenterprise@gmail.com. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently erased within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid subscription fees on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Cash Counter shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at v.bookenterprise@gmail.com.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page and notify active users by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect.
Continued use of Cash Counter after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and may cancel your subscription without penalty within the notice period.
